Associate Manager - Monetization

Role Overview

Associate Manager - Monetization at Majid Al Futtaim, MAF Retail, Head Office Oman.

Role Purpose

Support execution of Monetization and Marketing Operations strategies and campaigns within the assigned country. Work closely with the Monetization Manager and internal stakeholders to translate local country needs into overall strategy while maintaining uniformity in alignment with guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Execution & Operations

• Execute day-to-day promotional activities for the assigned country.
• Develop reports on the success of promotions.
• Execute value proposition for existing and new products and translate it into business practices.
• Support development of performance reporting on all core performance marketing metrics related to Monetization campaigns.

Customer Intelligence & Analytics

• Collect customer data on retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value.
• Support report creation on marketing strategy, collating and identifying different metrics to identify number of customers reached and marketing ROI.
• Ensure key KPIs are reported up and monitored against strategy set for the assigned country.

Strategy & Planning

• Support new ideas for customer acquisition and retention initiatives based on learnings from internal, customer, and third-party research.
• Support market research necessary to support idea generation and business case development.
• Support developing business cases and implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
• 1+ years in retail business preferred.
