Associate - Logistics & Import

Role Overview

Associate - Logistics & Import at Majid Al Futtaim, MAF Retail, Head Office KSA.

Role Purpose

Support the Distribution Center supply chain function and team by managing day-to-day supplier relationships and handling administrative tasks related to logistics and imports.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Orders

• Prepare purchase orders based on customer orders and business requirements.

Supplier & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding invoices and shipment documentation.

Data Management & Verification

• Verify supplier invoices against proof of delivery and update records in the system.
• Ensure accurate and complete data entry across logistics and supply chain systems.
• Maintain logistics, supplier, and shipment records.

Administrative & Stakeholder Management

• Schedule meetings and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day administrative activities.
• Support compliance with company policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA) procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Import, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Merchandise functions.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English.
