Role Overview
Associate, Business Development at Guidepoint, Dubai. This role supports the Business Development team in building a strong pipeline of prospects across multiple sectors, making a tangible impact on Guidepoint's growth while gaining exposure to a dynamic, global business model.

Role Purpose
Support Guidepoint's Business Development teams in expanding reach with both new and existing clients across all service offerings. Build relationships, communicate Guidepoint's value proposition, and provide custom offerings designed to help every potential client make the most of their partnership with Guidepoint.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
- Conduct targeted outreach via calls and emails to activate new clients
- Research target industries, sub-sectors, and companies to identify their challenges and information needs
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships between prospective clients and senior BD managers
- Schedule meetings to advance opportunities
- Develop deep company and market knowledge to effectively articulate Guidepoint's value to clients
Content & Strategy Support
- Partner with senior BD team members to create compelling content and materials that clearly communicate Guidepoint's value proposition
- Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
Insights & Feedback
- Share actionable client and prospect feedback with leadership to refine outreach
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and extracurricular achievement
- 1โ2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the Middle East
- Right to work in the UAE
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Solid understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client relationship management
- Resilient and comfortable making cold calls and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging high-profile clients
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and demonstrates initiative
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience using CRM and Sales tools, such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
