Role Purpose

Engage clients with exceptional service and build the APM brand by fostering strong relationships with in-store clients while supporting store operations and management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relationship Management

• Support Store-in-Charge in sales management and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Deliver exceptional service to drive outstanding sales performance.

Operations & Management

• Support Store-in-Charge in operation management and key performance indicator (KPI) analysis.
• Manage team rostering and team performance.
• Support visual merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in luxury retail or fashion retail.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial position.
• Track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in English and Arabic required.
• Other languages a plus.
• Approachable personality and customer-service oriented mindset.
• Passion for APM Monaco brand.
