Role Purpose

Engage clients with exceptional service and build the APM brand by fostering strong relationships with in-store clients while supporting store operations and management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Relationship Management

• Support Store-in-Charge in sales management and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Deliver outstanding sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with in-store clients.

Operations & Management

• Support Store-in-Charge in operation management.
• Conduct KPI analysis.
• Manage rostering and team scheduling.
• Support visual merchandising initiatives.
• Lead team management and supervision.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in luxury retail or fashion retail.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial position.
• Track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages a plus.
• Approachable personality.
• Customer-service oriented mindset.
• Passion for APM Monaco.
