Role Purpose
Deliver expertly served dining experiences at Sea Fu by assisting with food service, table management, and guest requests while maintaining Four Seasons standards for luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Guest Experience
- Assist with the serving of food and attend to guest needs and requests.
- Provide an expertly served dining experience in accordance with standards.
Operations
- Set up and clear china, glass, and silver from service.
- Clear and reset tables according to standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury hotel or brand standalone restaurant.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
