Role Purpose
Deliver expertly served dining experiences at Mercury Lounge by assisting with food service, table management, and attending to guest needs and requests in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Assist with the serving of food to guests.
- Attend to guest needs and requests.
Table Management
- Set up tables according to standards.
- Clear china, glass, and silver from service.
- Reset tables according to standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury hotel or brand standalone restaurant.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
