Role Overview

Assistant Relationship Manager – TWC Partially Secured at Mashreq, supporting the relationship and credit teams in maintaining customer accounts and delivering structured credit solutions.

Role Purpose

To prepare detailed credit proposals and assist the Relationship Team in maintaining account relationships, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality credit analysis and documentation in accordance with Bank Policy.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Analysis & Proposals

• Undertake spreading and in-depth meaningful analysis of financial statements.
• Prepare all credit proposals with due focus on risk analysis and mitigants in terms of financial business, operational management and environmental factors.
• Support credit proposals with financial highlights addressing key factors in accordance with Bank Policy.
• Prepare credit presentations in precise and balanced manner reflecting high quality and standard.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Discuss customer requirements, line structure and related terms and conditions with Relationship Manager or Account Manager.
• Coordinate with Relationship Manager to ensure all necessary information required for processing a credit proposal are obtained from the customer.
• Establish cordial relationship with Credit Manager and provide clarifications on any queries raised.
• Attend to customer calls as required.

Knowledge & Compliance

• Acquire thorough knowledge about the Bank's credit policies, products and services.
• Maintain complete knowledge and clear understanding of the Bank's credit policy and operating systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience.
• MBA or CA preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong credit and legal knowledge and marketing skills mandatory.
• Thorough awareness of various financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform as a team player.
• PC skills required.
