Role Purpose

Maintain and nurture both existing and prospect client relationships through personalized and standardized service. Manage overall service and operational quality across the assigned portfolio while supporting the Relationship Management and Business Development teams in achieving financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

• Assist in maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
• Assist in developing and managing prospect relationships.
• Deliver personalized and standardized service across the client base.

Portfolio & Operations

• Manage overall service and operational quality across the assigned portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio routing conditions including turnover and point-of-sale (POS) metrics.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of covenants as outlined in the Credit Approval Process.

Financial Objectives

• Assist the Relationship Management team and Business Development Officers in achieving financial targets on new customers.
• Support realization of new customer limits and utilization.
• Support fee realization against fully secured lines.
