Role Overview
Assistant Manager β Wynn Oasis at Wynn Al Marjan Island, located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, 50 miles from Dubai International Airport. The resort opens in 2027.
Company Overview
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
Role Purpose
Support the Staff Accommodation team by assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing daily housing operations and fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful living environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Facilities
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily housing operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and transportation services.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards.
- Monitor room assignments, move-in and move-out processes, and occupancy levels to support efficient space utilization.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, maintenance requests, and resident feedback.
Resident Services & Engagement
- Address resident concerns and service requests with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing resident events, wellness programs, and cultural celebrations to enhance community engagement.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful living environment for all residents.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Facilities, Security, and HR to ensure seamless service delivery.
Staff Management
- Supervise and support front-line staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
Emergency Preparedness
- Assist in emergency preparedness and response procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1β2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in housing, hospitality, or facility operations.
- Experience in managing residential facilities or large-scale accommodations is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with housing or property management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
