Role Purpose
Manage all post-credit approval activities and timely service clients' requirements within Bank-approved framework with minimal Relationship Manager engagement. The Corporate Credit Business Support unit is responsible for all activities with clients following credit facility approval, including documentation execution, security perfection, document lodgment, limit updates, loan disbursement, collateral management, credit approvals processing, and exception monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Loan Processing
- Ensure all credit-related transactions are timely processed as per stipulated standards.
- Execute documentation and security perfection with clients.
- Lodge perfected security pack to CRAD DLT and address observations raised in timely manner.
- Remediate document deficiencies within approved timeline.
- Process timely loan disbursements in compliance with approved conditions and Bank laid applicable policies.
- Execute loan rollovers, pre-settlement transactions and repayments.
Limit & Credit Management
- Raise limit extensions post security pack handover to customer until FRS release.
- Process adhoc limit requests for temporary overdraft, trade transactions and one-off transactions.
- Process daily referrals including Smart Business, RMWB transactions (trade, referrals, clearing/onus) with relevant approvals.
- Manage one-off credit approvals and credit referrals processing.
Collateral & Document Management
- Maintain timely update of collaterals.
- Manage WB reports: expired valuation and insurance management remediation with minimal cases exceeding approved deferral timeline.
- Escalate in case of non-submission by clients.
- Ensure valid approvals and communications in place for expired items.
Exception & Portfolio Monitoring
- Monitor allocated portfolio exceptions including past dues management.
- Conduct daily monitoring of exception reports including past due, excess and others.
- Follow up with clients for timely settlement, copying coverage team.
- Escalate timely to Business Unit and Management as required.
- Prepare Early Alert reports.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage intensely with clients' finance managers, CFOs, authorized signatories and others for documentation execution, disbursement and collateral perfection.
- Liaison with Group Legal on documentation queries and clarifications as required by stakeholders.
Reporting & Audit
- Prepare reports and data as required for Central Bank and other auditors.
- Monitor Central Bank audit reports.
- Undertake pricing check once FRS is released and as required.
