Role Purpose

To assist in managing the assigned bar to achieve guest satisfaction and quality service while meeting and exceeding financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the bar
• Supervise the daily operation under standards fixed by Hotel Management and F&B Operations
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all areas of the bar

Guest Service

• Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high guest satisfaction levels
• Supervise, train, and motivate bar team members to deliver excellent service

Beverage Management

• Control beverage costs, inventory levels, and stock ordering
• Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and compliance with brand standards
• Participate actively in the creation of new drinks and snacks to achieve overall objectives
• Propose variations to the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage

Planning & Development

• Be involved in the planning of promotions, beverage purchases, and pricing under the supervision of the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage
• Improve presentations to achieve overall objectives

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure correct handling of equipment to minimize breakages and losses
• Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding alcohol service and health and safety requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven work experience as an Assistant Bar Manager
• Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage
