Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco. The company delivers program management services supporting significant infrastructure and development initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and plays an important role in advancing Saudi Vision 2030 through the delivery of complex, large-scale programs.

Role Purpose

This role drives coordination and structure across a critical asset management platform initiative. You will support delivery in an environment where clear governance, strong stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution are essential. You will contribute to the successful rollout of a platform that supports broader program objectives, working across teams to maintain visibility into progress, priorities, and key implementation milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate asset management platform initiatives across stakeholders, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Support cross-functional planning, status updates, and executive progress reporting.
• Ensure alignment between platform rollout activities and broader program objectives.

Governance, Risk & Reporting

• Track PMO governance, reporting, and risk management for platform implementation.
• Monitor project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables for asset management workstreams.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 15 years of experience in total.
• Experience supporting PMO delivery for enterprise asset management platforms.
• Experience coordinating projects across timelines, risks, stakeholder reporting, and cross-functional dependencies in large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Experience applying PMO governance standards and stage-gate delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, information systems, or a related field (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency with Power BI.
• Proficiency with Excel-based PMO reporting.
• Experience with Aconex (preferred).
• Experience with SAP EAM (preferred).
• Ability to work with executive leadership, client-side program teams, engineering teams, and cross-functional delivery stakeholders (preferred).
