Role Overview

Alpheratz Project - Arabic (UAE) Translation Quality Reviewer at Welo Global. This is an ongoing, intermittent contract role reviewing and refining Arabic (UAE) customer service content.

Role Purpose

Review and refine machine-translated customer service materials to ensure accuracy, natural language flow, and alignment with project guidelines. Maintain consistency in terminology, style, and meaning across all translated content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Review & Refinement

• Review and refine machine-translated customer service content including help articles, UI strings, and internal support documentation.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in Arabic (UAE).
• Maintain consistency across terminology, style, and meaning.

Quality Assurance & Communication

• Apply feedback to support continuous quality improvement.
• Communicate with Project Managers as needed to clarify expectations.

Execution & Systems

• Complete tasks within a Translation Management System (TMS).
