AI Engineer (Vibe Coder)

Role Overview

AI Engineer (Vibe Coder) at Alba Cars in the United Arab Emirates. You will design, build, and own production-grade systems powered by modern AI development tools, automation platforms, databases, and intelligent agents.

Role Purpose

To design, implement, and maintain scalable production-grade AI systems, workflow automations, and integrations that support real business operations across databases, APIs, AI agents, and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

AI Systems & Database Architecture

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable database architectures using Supabase and MongoDB.
• Deploy and manage AI agents, including Openclaw, Hermes, and Cowork, across multiple operational use cases.
• Build production-ready applications and internal systems using modern AI-assisted development workflows.
• Monitor system reliability, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve performance as usage grows.

Automation & Systems Integration

• Build, maintain, and scale workflow automations using n8n, Make, and Zapier.
• Integrate third-party APIs and connect systems across business functions from end to end.
• Develop reliable data flows between databases, AI agents, CRMs, ERPs, and external platforms.
• Create clear technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and system dependencies.

Business Platforms & Technical Delivery

• Customize and extend CRM and ERP platforms to support real operational requirements.
• Translate business challenges into practical, maintainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, test implementations, and deliver improvements.
• Own systems from initial architecture and development through deployment and ongoing support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Several years of hands-on experience building and supporting production systems—not only demonstrations or prototypes.
• Proven experience creating workflow automations with n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Solid database architecture experience using Supabase and MongoDB.
• Practical experience deploying AI agents such as Openclaw, Hermes, or Cowork.
• Strong API development and third-party integration capabilities.
• Portfolio of shipped systems that you can explain and demonstrate during the interview process.
• Experience with Python, Odoo, ReactJS, Node.js, Vite, Tailwind CSS, or hands-on CRM and ERP customization is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency with modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
• Advanced database architecture and design.

Additional Information

• Full-time, on-site position.
• Remote or hybrid work is not available; candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
• Competitive salary: AED 6,000–8,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated technical ability.
