Role Purpose

Serve as a driving force behind the organization's commitment to maintaining safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible operations across infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Site Inspection & Audit

• Conduct comprehensive site inspections and audits to identify hazards, safety violations, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of findings.

Safety Protocol Development & Implementation

• Develop, implement, and monitor customized safety protocols tailored to project requirements and regulatory standards.

Safety Culture & Advocacy

• Serve as a trusted safety advocate, working collaboratively with site teams to embed a proactive safety culture across operations.

Risk Management & Performance

• Analyze risk management data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in operational safety and protect personnel.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Safety, Health & Environment professional or advisor in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and international best practices in occupational health and safety.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent analytical and documentation skills with the ability to identify hazards and develop preventive solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and influence safety culture at all levels.
