Role Overview
Admissions Assistant position at International Schools Partnership in the United Arab Emirates. This role is open to UAE Nationals.
Role Purpose
Manage the admissions process to convert enquiries into enrolments, maximise student recruitment, and deliver exceptional customer service to prospective families throughout their journey to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Enquiry Management
- Manage leads and convert enquiries into enrolments to maximise student numbers.
- Support lead generation and increase school awareness through school events and local community partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new enquiries received through multiple channels.
- Respond to all new enquiries within one working day, answer questions, and arrange admissions meetings with the Principal or Head of School.
Admissions Operations
- Take an active role in the day-to-day admissions operations of the school.
- Manage and maintain the admissions appointment calendar, including follow-up on missed appointments.
- Liaise with families throughout the admissions process, ensuring timely follow-up and effective management of enquiries.
- Follow up after admissions meetings and coordinate with the Registrar and Finance teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer to enrolment.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to newly enrolled families, ensuring a high standard of after-sales care.
Events and Recruitment
- Conduct parent tours and support admissions meetings as required.
- Coordinate and manage the admissions event calendar with School Leaders, including recruitment events and open days.
- Organise admissions meetings, open days, and recruitment events while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the enrolment journey.
- Promote admissions events in collaboration with the Marketing team to maximise student recruitment.
Environment and Experience
- Ensure reception and welcome areas are prepared and provide a positive experience for prospective families.
- Work closely with parent-facing administrative teams to ensure excellent first impressions and a positive visitor experience.
Records and Documentation
- Maintain and update parent enquiry databases and admissions records.
- Review and update admissions documents, communication templates, parent communication platforms, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and best practice.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and contribute to weekly KPI, capacity, enrolment, and admissions pipeline reports.
- Analyse admissions data and provide recommendations to improve recruitment performance.
- Participate in regular Admissions and Marketing meetings and share updates with School Leaders and ISP stakeholders.
General School Support
- Provide reception cover when required and support general school administration.
- Contribute to the wider life and activities of the school community.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Experience preparing records, reports, and correspondence using spreadsheets and databases.
