Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Records

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, records, and filing systems in both digital and physical formats.

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to site management and staff, including meeting coordination, report preparation, and correspondence management.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with site policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Communication

• Facilitate communication and coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.
