Role Purpose
The Accounting Generalist handles accounting tasks within the Capgemini Business Process Outsource (BPO) module of shared services, managing General Cashier, Accounts Payable, and Income functions while supporting the broader accounting office as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Core Accounting Functions
- Execute accounting tasks based on the Capgemini Business Process Outsource (BPO) module of shared services, General Cashier, Accounts Payable, and Income.
Training & Guidance
- Train operations on standard accounting practices as needed.
Compliance & Procedures
- Work in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
Operational Support
- Adapt responsibilities as accounting office structure may vary.
- Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed, including Account Receivable.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 to 5 years' experience in five-star luxury hotels and resorts within Finance Department.
- College graduate with degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Experience with Capgemini or other similar Shared Service module of accounting function preferred.
