Ac Technican

Role Overview

AC Technician at Dallah Albaraka. This entry-level position is responsible for conducting simple routine maintenance and follow-up on equipment to ensure smooth flow of operations and well-maintained equipment.

Role Purpose

Support daily technical operations by performing routine maintenance checks, responding to equipment faults, and assisting senior staff to keep systems functioning reliably and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Operations

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment in buildings according to established schedule and maintenance cycle.
• Respond to faults and failures in equipment to conduct simple maintenance check-ups.
• Utilize proper spare parts to ensure high quality standards are met and services are reactivated in short period of time, especially during emergencies.
• Refer major maintenance requirements to the supervisor in order to schedule corrective maintenance within the suggested or accepted timeframe.

Technical Execution

• Follow all relevant technical instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Follow day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Technical to ensure continuity of work.
• Perform limited assignments to support more senior staff in their daily operations.

Reporting & Documentation

• Feed required information of maintenance requests through service reports to ensure maintenance of an updated system at all times.

Compliance & Safety

• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma degree in maintenance.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
