3PL Healthcare Coordinator at Tamer Group.

Role Purpose

Coordinate third-party logistics operations and healthcare supply chain activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely delivery of healthcare products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Coordination

• Manage day-to-day coordination between healthcare facilities, 3PL providers, and internal teams.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and product integrity.
• Process orders and manage inventory levels across distribution points.
• Coordinate warehouse operations and logistics workflows.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all healthcare logistics activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and traceability purposes.
• Verify product quality and condition upon receipt and delivery.

Stakeholder Communication

• Liaise with healthcare clients, 3PL partners, and internal departments to resolve issues and answer inquiries.
• Provide status updates and reports on shipments and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight carriers as needed.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline logistics workflows and reduce operational costs.
• Suggest enhancements to existing procedures and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare operations preferred.
• Familiarity with third-party logistics environments.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with logistics management systems and warehouse software.
