Role Overview

3PL Finance MAD, Accountant position with Tamer Group.

Role Purpose

Provide accounting and financial management support for third-party logistics operations, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Record and reconcile financial transactions for 3PL operations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
• Prepare and process invoices and payment documentation.
• Monitor cash flow and account reconciliations.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate financial reports and statements as required.
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify variances and discrepancies.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all transactions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Accounting qualification or relevant experience in a finance role.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or third-party logistics operations preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and organizational skills.
