Role Purpose

To inspire and educate students by delivering effective instruction aligned with national curriculum standards, assessing student progress, fostering an inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to support student success.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Curriculum Delivery

• Plan, prepare, and teach in accordance with curriculum standards to ensure active and effective learning.
• Master the subject matter content.

Assessment & Student Progress

• Evaluate students through tests, assignments, and observations.
• Document students' academic and personal progress.

Classroom Environment

• Establish a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration.

Student Support

• Support diverse learning needs through additional guidance or provision of resources to ensure success for all students.

Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate with parents, colleagues, and administration to monitor student progress and provide necessary support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in the required specialization.
• Professional teaching license.
• Minimum three years of teaching experience.
• Proficiency in subject matter.
