Role Overview

Program and Impact Officer for the Non-Profit Sector at Sucafina, Saudi Arabia. This is a founding role with a professional non-profit compliance and governance association currently under establishment.

Role Purpose

Deliver non-profit sector services and programs effectively by supporting target beneficiaries, implementing initiatives, and measuring impact to ensure the organization fulfills its mission and improves outcome quality.

Key Responsibilities

Organization Establishment

• Contribute to establishing the entity and deploy specialized expertise in its foundational phase.

Program Delivery

• Execute programs according to defined plans and standards.
• Support target beneficiaries through program implementation.

Impact Measurement & Evaluation

• Raise initiative impact through periodic measurement and evaluation.
• Measure and assess program outcomes to ensure mission achievement.

Budget Management

• Manage budgets according to controls and approval procedures.

Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Expand partnerships with donors and community organizations.

Reporting

• Deliver periodic and accurate reports to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in the non-profit sector or community-focused fields.
• Understanding of project management and programming principles.
• Experience in impact measurement, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Project management experience.
• Budget management basics.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong monitoring, evaluation, and report writing abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software.
• Excel and/or business intelligence tools.
