Role Purpose

Provide functional expertise and consulting support to real estate clients implementing and operating Yardi Voyager solutions across multiple geographies, with a focus on requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, training, and ongoing operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

• Lead and participate in Yardi Voyager implementation projects, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and documentation.
• Coordinate with Yardi support (Client Central) to resolve open issues and service requests.

Functional Expertise

• Provide functional expertise in the following Yardi Voyager 7s modules: Leasing (Commercial & Residential), Procure to Pay, Finance, Periodic / Revised / Turnover Billing and Revenue, Facilities Manager, Collection Manager, Deal Manager, Fixed Assets, and Unit Sales.
• Consult clients on best practices for Yardi Voyager implementation and operations.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Document client-specific processes, business solutions, workflows, and configurations.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.

Client Management & Support

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Work onsite at client locations across the Middle East as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Yardi Voyager.
• Proven hands-on knowledge of Yardi Voyager's core functional modules.
• Prior implementation experience in Yardi Voyager modules is highly preferred.
• Strong exposure to the Real Estate domain.
• Strong understanding of real estate financials, leasing, property management, and asset management workflows.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and business analysis skills.
• Experience in Yardi Elevate modules is an advantage.

Additional Information

• Possess a valid passport and willingness to travel within the Middle East region.
