Role Purpose

Develop and manage construction volume schedules and Integrated Work Packages at ISO level in coordination with subcontractors, monitor progress through POWER BI, and ensure completeness and accuracy of IWP execution and field supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop CV (Construction Volume) and IWP schedule at ISO level with subcontractor to issue IWP and track progress.
• Check the IWP schedule and inform to SI.
• Check CV (Construction Volume) with SI and make 3D volume file.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor IWP progress on POWER BI.
• Communicate with SV and subcontractor for each IWP status and tracking.

Quality & Compliance

• Review IWP for completeness and accuracy.
• Check prerequisite of piping work including Local Foundation, Local Platform, and Structure.
• Modify, review or adjust IWP as necessary.

Execution & Coordination

• Coordinate IWP execution with field supervision.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years Piping Construction experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Data Tables.
• Understand and utilize 3D model review tools such as Naviswork and UPV.
• Understand Power BI tool.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution.
