Role Purpose
Deliver a memorable and unique guest experience by taking initiative to provide a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, moving beyond transactional check-in and check-out to make every interaction feel part of the overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Delivery
- Process operational needs and guest requests throughout the stay.
- Move about the property to respond to guest needs and complete assigned tasks.
- Share highlights of the local area with guests.
- Make transactions feel integrated into the guest experience.
Operational Excellence
- Complete required reports and documentation.
- Maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality.
- Uphold quality standards in all interactions and work output.
Professional Standards
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications at all times.
- Perform all reasonable job duties as requested.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ten pounds or less without assistance.
- Initiative and empowerment to act independently within scope.
- Hands-on work approach.
