Role Purpose

To ensure compliance of welding and RTFI (Radiographic Testing and Film Interpretation) works with project specifications, technical standards, and engineering criteria through comprehensive inspection, verification, and documentation throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Review & Standards

• Review project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ to identify and determine quality and engineering criteria for materials, workmanship, and testing requirements related to welding and RTFI works.
• Prepare and review welding specifications, mix designs, and ITPs.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Welding Testing Standards.

Inspection & Verification

• Perform verification inspection of work elements related to welding and RTFI works to assure compliance with established procedures and Project's specified requirements.
• Participate in on-site receiving inspection of welding and RTFI materials.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized or reputed University.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas field.
• Experience working on ADNOC projects or similar large-scale EPC projects in the UAE or Gulf region.
• CSWIP 3.1 Certified.
• ASNT Level II - Radiography Test Film and Interpretation.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in English.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
