Wealth Platform Manager

Role Overview

Wealth Platform Manager at ADIB in Abu Dhabi. The Platform Product Manager will be accountable for delivering robust, scalable, and reliable platform solutions that optimize performance and minimize operational risk.

Role Purpose

As a member of the Wealth Management Platform team, the Platform Product Manager will be instrumental in driving the digital transformation of the business. The role will oversee the delivery of new projects and product development, with a strong focus on IT systems and product delivery platforms from Product and digital assets perspectives. Responsibilities include facilitating the launch of new products or enhancing existing ones on Wealth Platforms, developing new delivery channels, upgrading back-end systems to ensure operational excellence, and managing Wealth Management investment products and services end-to-end, encompassing product lifecycle oversight, governance, channel optimization, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance digital platform capabilities and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Platform Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations) to deliver high-quality platform solutions on time and within budget.
• Facilitate the launch of new products and enhancements on Wealth Platforms, ensuring seamless integration with IT systems and third-party services.
• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products.

Market Intelligence & Innovation

• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform platform enhancements.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry best practices to maintain platform competitiveness.

Requirements & Governance

• Gather, validate, and prioritize platform requirements based on stakeholder feedback, business goals, and regulatory standards.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and workflows to guide development and ensure compliance.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Define and track platform KPIs, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Implement governance frameworks for risk mitigation and quality assurance.

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide clear, timely updates on platform initiatives, progress, and performance to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.

Project & Vendor Management

• Lead IT project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party integrations to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing environments to validate platform functionality and user experience.
• Ensure robust QA processes for all platform releases.

UI/UX Design & Workflow Optimization

• Drive the design and optimization of Wealth Platform interfaces and workflows to deliver intuitive, client-centric experiences.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure consistency and usability across digital channels.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10 years of experience in similar role of Wealth products related.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a digital or technology-focused environment.

• Proficiency in preparing documentation (SOWs, BRDs, RFPs) and overseeing UAT/testing environments.

• Ability to design and optimize workflows and user interfaces for superior client experience.
