Warranty and Contracts Engineer at Galadari Brothers, a leading commercial vehicles distributor specializing in heavy-duty trucks.

Role Purpose
Manage warranty claims, service contracts, and product information for commercial vehicles and heavy-duty trucks. Ensure compliance with OEM requirements, monitor warranty costs, analyse quality issues, and coordinate across sales, service, parts, and customer teams to resolve technical and product matters.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
- Manage product information, specifications, and technical updates.
- Coordinate with OEMs on product matters.
Warranty
- Handle warranty claims and approvals.
- Manage OEM recovery processes.
- Monitor warranty costs.
Service Contracts
- Support preparation of service contracts.
- Administer service contract obligations.
- Monitor service contract performance.
Quality & Reporting
- Prepare warranty and product quality reports.
- Analyse recurring failures.
- Coordinate corrective actions.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, OEMs, and customers on product and technical issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in Commercial Vehicles, Heavy-Duty Trucks, After Sales, or Warranty.
