Role Overview
Warehousing & Fulfillment Associate at Shipa Delivery, Abu Dhabi. Shipa Delivery is an online platform that makes it easier for businesses to send and receive parcels within the GCC, connecting users with a network of delivery assets and services via mobile apps and online business dashboards.

The company's technology stack provides real-time parcel tracking via GPS and for businesses, an integrated solution to streamline last-mile logistics and automate delivery management.
Role Purpose
To ensure efficient warehouse operations by receiving, verifying, organizing, and preparing inventory for fulfillment and delivery. The role supports accurate inventory management, maintains warehouse standards, and responds to internal and customer needs while developing operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inspection
- Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery documents.
- Inspect goods for damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
Inventory Management & Organization
- Organize, label, and store inventory in designated locations for efficient space utilization.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update relevant warehouse and inventory systems.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
Fulfillment & Processing
- Pick, pack, process, and prepare inventory accurately for delivery and fulfillment.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
- Respond to customer and internal queries promptly and keep Team Leads and Line Managers updated.
Warehouse Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow warehouse and fulfillment procedures and support process improvements.
- Take initiative to learn processes and systems and develop the ability to work independently.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics and supply chain management.
- Minimum 1 year of warehousing or logistics operations experience.
- Proven track record of warehousing and fulfillment experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer knowledge.
- Knowledge in strategic planning.
- Physical fitness; lifting and carrying required.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
