WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER

Role Overview

Warehouse Team Leader at Napco National. The role ensures department targets for supply, demand, and stock management are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Role Purpose

To establish, maintain, and continuously improve all aspects and processes of the warehouse department while leading and motivating the team to work efficiently and meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Inventory Management

• Monitor daily cycle count, material stocks, and shipments to ensure material availability and anticipate shortages.
• Track daily affiliate shipments versus monthly orders.
• Identify redundant and slow-moving items.
• Handle and control physical material transactions from and to the warehouse.
• Confirm stock in the JDE system is updated.
• Perform monthly physical inventory for one product portfolio and all materials, and submit reports to Logistics Manager.
• Perform quarterly physical inventory of all materials and submit reports to Logistics Manager.

Quality & Compliance

• Coordinate with Quality Department to facilitate inspection of incoming material.
• Track and analyze material rejection reports.
• Formalize all credit notes and analyze reasons for returns.
• Report scrapped material and waste selling reports to Logistics Manager.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, motivate, and coach the team to work efficiently.
• Follow up on development programs for high-performance members to handle extra responsibilities.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Conduct follow-up meetings with warehouse team and supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in similar and related warehouse field.
