Role Overview
Warehouse Supervisor at Dallah Albaraka. The role is responsible for supervising complete warehouse operations and personnel to ensure products are safely stored, inventory levels are maintained, and personnel are trained and developed in warehousing activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Administration OR Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management
- 2–4 years of experience for diploma holders OR 0–2 years of related experience for bachelor degree holders

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Follow all relevant Warehousing & Logistics instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Follow day-to-day operations related to own jobs in Warehousing & Logistics to ensure continuity of work.
- Negotiate contracts and develop strong business relationships with key logistics partners.
- Monitor logistics flows to ensure the most efficient transportation procedures and methods are used.
- Liaise with external suppliers, procurement, warehouses and stock users to understand and predict material usage patterns.
- Control the movement of materials between different locations to optimize service levels and minimize corporate stock holding and cost.
