Role Overview
Warehouse Supervisor position at Solenis. The role oversees daily warehouse operations and ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Role Purpose
Lead warehouse operations to deliver accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and safe working practices while maintaining documentation accuracy and team performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools.
- Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies promptly.
Inventory & Documentation
- Ensure accurate inventory control and regular stock counts.
- Maintain documentation and system accuracy, including GRNs, stock transfers, and dispatch records.
Health, Safety & Environment
- Implement and maintain EHS standards.
Team Management & Performance
- Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure productivity targets are met.
