Role Overview

Warehouse Senior Team Leader at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Oversee all incoming and outgoing material flows, monitor storage efficiency and space utilization across warehouses, and ensure compliance with company quality management systems, safety procedures, and inventory control standards.

Key Responsibilities

Incoming Materials

• Monitor receipt of finished goods from production.
• Monitor receipt of rejected goods from customers.
• Monitor receipt of raw materials from affiliates.
• Monitor receipt of raw materials from vendors.
• Monitor receipt of returns from production.
• Monitor receipt of transfers between warehouses.

Outgoing Materials

• Monitor delivery of finished goods to customers.
• Monitor delivery of raw materials to production.

Material Storage

• Monitor storage efficiency and space utilization in warehouses.
• Follow up on proper storage methods including FIFO.

Quality Management & Compliance

• Execute processes and procedures of the company's Quality Management System.
• Fulfill requirements of 5S practices.
• Implement company safety procedures strictly to ensure a safe and secure warehouse.

Inventory & Operations

• Conduct periodical raw materials and finished goods inventories across all warehouses.
• Follow up on all warehouse activities including incoming and outgoing material handling.
• Coordinate with rented warehouse landlords.
• Coordinate and follow up on forklift drivers.
