Role Overview
Warehouse Outbound Coordinator at Etihad Airways, based at ICAD warehouse in the UAE. UAE nationals only.

Role Purpose
Ensure goods leave the warehouse safely, accurately, and on time by coordinating outbound shipments, customs clearance, and documentation to maintain smooth operations and meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end picking, packing, and staging of outgoing orders based on customer requirements and shipping priorities.
- Direct the picking, packing, and shipping of orders throughout the outbound process.
- Operate forklifts as part of order coordination activities.
- Coordinate with the Logistics team for the schedule and dispatch of outbound shipments.
Documentation & Compliance
- Generate and verify essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, invoices, and customs/export documentation.
- Manage customs clearance of all outgoing bonded materials.
- Ensure data is updated in PWC following customs clearance procedures.
- Ensure outbound shipments are accurate, on schedule, and compliant with destination requirements.
Quality & Safety
- Inspect outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Enforce warehouse safety protocols.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify and clear inventory errors through pick audits and verification before material dispatch.
Operations & Improvement
- Supervise and train third-party personnel to ensure daily output targets and Service Level Agreements are met.
- Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks, such as order cancellation or delayed orders.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher Secondary Education.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a large warehouse operation.
- Working experience with ERP System SAP WM Module.
- UAE Licensed Reach Truck and Forklift Operator (preferred).
- Light vehicle driver license (preferred).
