Role Purpose

Properly supervise warehouse operations—Receiving, Binning, Storage, Picking, and Dispatch—to improve productivity by ensuring the right parts are handled at the right time with right quality through full utilization of available warehouse resources at PIO warehouses in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Manage the implementation of Toyota Production System (TPS) in main warehouse operations to ensure parts are stored and piled up in accordance with targeted levels by adhering to processes and procedures to improve business productivity.
• Ensure the right parts are handled at the right time with right quality with full utilization of available warehouse resources at PIO Sub warehouse as per company policies.
• Monitor sections and set new targets for each section and institute control of operation cost as per approved company policies and procedures.
• Manage the implementation on a daily basis of 5S, PPO Audit, and IMTITHAL.
• Fulfill daily parts requirements for production without delay.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with various departments (Quality, Production, Planning, Inventory, and PD) in the submission of parts and documentation including PIO order slip and parts discrepancy reports to related departments to reconcile information regarding receiving and issuing of stocks.

Reporting & Compliance

• Update and display reports on stock levels on a daily and monthly basis.
• Ensure following of regulations and communicate any updates to management and associates.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Staff Development & Planning

• Develop succession plans and training programs for team members, including forklift safety training.
• Manage knowledge transfer to staff and implement succession plans to improve staff satisfaction and productivity and develop them to become multi-skilled workers.
• Prepare annual leave plans for staff reporting to the role to avoid conflicts between vacations and prevent impact to daily operations.

Performance & Audit

• Ensure daily targets for distribution of parts are met without delay.
• Conduct monthly audits.
• Coordinate six-month audits.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Business or high school diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in warehouse operations.
