Role Overview
Warehouse Keeper at Nasoft, located in Kuwait City. The role involves taking full responsibility for managing the company's warehouse and overseeing all daily warehouse operations.
Role Purpose
To manage warehouse operations independently with minimal supervision, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient order fulfillment, and maintenance of a safe, organized storage environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory Management
- Receive goods from suppliers and verify quantities and quality.
- Organize inventory and maintain proper warehouse storage locations.
- Update and maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor low-stock items and report replenishment needs to management.
Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Print invoices and shipping labels.
- Hand over prepared orders to delivery drivers and ensure order accuracy.
Financial & Documentation
- Receive and document Cash on Delivery (COD) payments and submit them according to company procedures.
Warehouse Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse management or e-commerce order fulfillment.
- Ability to manage warehouse operations independently with minimal supervision.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in using computers and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Information
- Working schedule: 6 days per week, 1 day off, 9 hours per day.
