WAREHOUSE FORKLIFT DRIVER

Role Overview

Warehouse Forklift Driver at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate forklift equipment to move finished goods, waste materials, and pallets throughout the warehouse and production areas, maintaining safety standards and supporting production workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Material Movement

• Remove finished goods pallets from machine area to waiting area after shrink-wrapping.
• Move waste trolleys to bailer area.
• Load finished goods pallets from transit area onto track.
• Unload waste trolleys inside waste containers.

Site Organization

• Arrange outside transit areas.
• Manage empty pallets in outside areas.
• Organize baler area.

Equipment & Maintenance

• Perform forklift daily maintenance tasks.
• Make empty pallets available in machine area for production.
• Make empty waste trolleys available for use.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply with and follow all safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
• Participate in consultation and development of the OH&S management system at all applicable levels and functions.
• Participate in planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions for the OH&S management system.
