Role Purpose

Welcome guests, recommend food and drink, and deliver tailored service experiences that create memorable meals. You will keep service on-track and to standard while turning high standards into memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Guest Experience

• Welcome guests and recommend food and drink selections.
• Tailor each guest's experience to their unique tastes.
• Deliver service that meets or exceeds established standards.
• Help guests with queries and provide dining advice.
• Create a better experience by responding to guest needs.

Kitchen & Operations

• Own kitchen responsibilities including monitoring supplies and equipment.
• Minimize waste and maintain efficient kitchen operations.
• Help with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
• Take on ad-hoc duties when the team needs to pull together.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment.
• Report unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents to your supervisor or duty manager.
• Meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws.
• Help create a safe space for all guests and staff.

Standards & Appearance

• Present meals with signature flare and visual appeal.
• Maintain cleanliness standards that meet or exceed requirements.
• Wear your uniform with pride.
