Role Overview
Waitress position at Apparel Group, responsible for dining hall preparation, service support, and table management.
Role Purpose
Prepare the dining hall before service and maintain it clean, organized, and fresh, while assisting in serving clients.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Service Setup
- Assist in restaurant cleaning in the morning.
- Clean all service utensils before each service.
- Help captain waiter in restaurant set up.
- Help captain waiter in mise en place preparation.
Hygiene & Appearance
- Keep appearance clean and maintain a high hygiene level.
Service Delivery
- Transport food from kitchen to dining hall.
- Assist captain waiter in putting food plates on clients' tables.
- Change ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.
Post-Service Cleanup
- Clear tables after meal is completed and clean them.
- Transport all dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
Team Support
- Work under the guidance of captain waiter and follow their instructions.
