Role Overview

Waitress position with Apparel Group. The role focuses on preparing the dining hall before service, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and serving clients.

Role Purpose

Prepare and maintain the dining hall before and during service, assist with table setup and food service, and ensure a clean, fresh environment throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Service Preparation

• Assist in restaurant cleaning in the morning.
• Clean all service utensils before each service.
• Help captain waiter in restaurant setup.
• Help captain waiter in mise en place preparation.

Hygiene & Appearance

• Keep personal appearance clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain a high hygiene level at all times.

Service & Guest Assistance

• Transport food from kitchen to dining hall.
• Assist captain waiter in placing food plates on client tables.
• Change ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.

Table & Area Maintenance

• Clear tables after meals are completed.
• Clean tables after service.
• Transport all dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.

General Operations

• Work under the guidance of captain waiter and follow their instructions.
