Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional guest service by creating memorable and unique dining experiences. Balance food and beverage service with thoughtful hospitality, transforming each transaction into part of the overall guest experience rather than a simple transactional interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Set tables for service.
• Interact with and serve guests throughout their meal.
• Communicate guest needs and orders with the kitchen.
• Take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services ensuring guests enjoy their meal.

Operations & Maintenance

• Clean work areas and supplies to maintain service standards.
• Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds or less without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required.

• Create and maintain a safe workplace.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all service interactions.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications at all times.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience preferred.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Work primarily on feet and moving around the service area.
