Deliver exceptional food and beverage service at the pool and bar, creating memorable guest experiences through attentive, efficient service and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
• Deliver memorable experiences that spread the light and warmth of hospitality to every guest

Menu & Order Management

• Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to help guests and answer their questions with confidence
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
• Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail

Food Service Operations

• Manage the food service station to ensure it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
