Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North is a luxurious island resort offering guests a multi-inclusive vacation destination across five acres. Amenities include a waterpark, private beach, retail area, beach club, and multiple fine dining and casual restaurants.

Role Purpose

Deliver fast, accurate, and efficient food and beverage service to guests while maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Welcome, smile, and greet guests upon arrival.
• Serve all guests and colleagues with fast, efficient, and accurate service.
• Attend and accommodate guests' reasonable requests and ensure all queries are responded to promptly and on time.

Menu & Product Knowledge

• Maintain knowledge about the menu and information about food and beverage offerings to answer guest questions.
• Suggest and professionally upsell food and beverage products.

Order Management

• Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma.
• Previous service experience is an asset.
• Basic Food Safety Certificate.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge about the Point-of-Sale System is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
