Waiter/Waitress at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North, operated by Accor. The property is a luxury island resort destination.

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North offers guests a luxurious breakaway to an island packed with entertainment and adventure. The resort features five acres of attractions, including a waterpark, private beach, retail area, beach club, and fine dining and casual restaurants, positioned as an ultimate multi-inclusive vacation destination.
Role Purpose
Deliver fast, accurate, and efficient food and beverage service to guests while maintaining exceptional service standards aligned with guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Hospitality
- Welcome, smile, and greet guests.
- Serve all guests and colleagues with fast, efficient, and accurate service.
- Attend and accommodate guests' reasonable requests and ensure all queries are responded to promptly and on time.
Sales & Product Knowledge
- Suggest and professionally upsell food and beverage products.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu and information about food and beverage offerings available to answer guest questions.
Order & Service Operations
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma.
- Previous service experience is an asset.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge about the Point-of-Sale System is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic Food Safety Certificate.
- Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
