Role Overview

Food & Beverage Waiter at Hilton. This role is based at a Hilton hotel property, where you will deliver food and beverage service to guests while creating memorable hospitality experiences.

Role Purpose

Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests by delivering orders promptly, maintaining detailed knowledge of menu offerings, and creating warm, welcoming interactions that enhance their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Deliver an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions.
• Proactively identify and implement ways to make each guest's meal experience special.
• Answer guest questions with confidence about menu items, promotions, and specials.

Food & Beverage Operations

• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver completed orders to guests promptly.
• Maintain attention to detail in order accuracy and service execution.

Station Management

• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain compliance with alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.

Product Knowledge

• Learn and retain details of all menu items, promotions, and specials.
