Role Purpose
You are an ambassador for exceptional service and cuisine in our food and beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Product Knowledge & Operations
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Maintain full knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Waiter for a reputed Hotel or Restaurant
- Strong Food and Beverage product knowledge
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm and courteous at all times
