Role Overview

Waiter/ess at Hilton. As a Food & Beverage Waiter, you deliver food and beverage service while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Role Purpose

To provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring their meal experience is special, efficient, and compliant with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions.
• Proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special.

Menu Knowledge & Service

• Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.

Station Management

• Manage the food service station by ensuring it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.

Skills & Competencies

• Upbeat and friendly interpersonal manner.
• Attention to detail.
• Point-of-sale system proficiency.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Alcohol awareness.
