Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional dining service to guests at the Japanese Nikkei cuisine restaurant by anticipating needs, managing orders, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality aligned with Jumeirah's signature service philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions
• Respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
• Maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests
• Embrace the Jumeirah Hallmarks in all interactions

Operations & Communication

• Communicate guest orders, including any special needs or requests, to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system
• Discuss food and wine choices with guests in detail

Professional Conduct

• Set a personal example for right conduct and behavior

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry
• Experience working in an international capacity
• Clear understanding of cultural differences, showcasing trust and respect for everyone
